I received wrong cookies, incorrect quantities and paid for celebratory packaging that I did not receive. The cookies I did receive were in poor condition or made incorrectly based on Crumbls website

I should have had another dozen they only sent one. This store is terrible about not checking to make sure the door dash driver has the full order. Happens a lot .

All three cookies kinda just looked disappointing. The strawberry cookie was missing the white chocolate curls.
