Normally when I go in there it's great, but this time, it was uncoordinated, it was busy and there was no communication between the kitchen staff and the serving staff, people were questioning who got what, orders were ready and it wasn't known that it was ready so it was sitting there.... I've worked in a restaurant before where the kitchen was seen by the customers, and it's to show the staff being great team players, communicating effectively, and getting orders out in an appropriate amount of time instead of wandering around like a deer in headlights. Other than that the food is normally good, the portions are normally good and I know it's made fresh and I would and typically do order again, a blizzard is always a must when I go. But the staff needs training on effective communication

my parmesan garlic tossed strips were horribly over cooked, hard ad NOT sauced, and the toast was crunchy!! Extremely disappointed!! 😕

There were literally lie no people there, andit took me 25 minutto receive my food. I ordered pickup and when i got there, they hadnhadn't even started making it. I only ordered 4 tenders and a fry...what the heck.
