all i can say is omg! get the tea!!! Watermelon Tea was by far my favorite the jasmine was very floral and the sweetness was perfect I got 25% on that one ! Thai Green Milk Tea very great flavor I added coffee jelly I think i found my new favorite spot

You've got to be proactive here - do not assume the staff will ask you if you're picking up (the to-go orders are kept in a cooler) or that they'll accomodate something consistently (I was able to pay an up charge to split a smoothie for my kids once- denied a second time). The beverage selection is large, but routine tea shop items like a Thai Tea are inconsistent - sometimes spot on, other times very concentrate tasting...the only thing that keeps me coming back is location. Otherwise it's a novelty with mediocre offerings and customer service...nothing to write home about, especially in Houston.
