Arrived on time and still hot. Sauce was one of the best in Napa along with the shredded chicken being flavorful

Started with Asada Sope, it lacked heat & acid but not terrible, just one dimensional. Pastor Sope saved the day, that was brilliant & delicious, just when I thought Pastor & pineapple had become trite, you brought it to life. Then the big disappointment, my favorite item there the Quesabirrias. Meat was bland, consumme was even worse, bland, no salt, no heat. Clearly someone wasn't tasting or watered this down to make extra. This was like hot water with onion & cilantro in it. No good, please fix, it's the greatest thing ever normally.

Everything was floating in grease. All containers were soaked with sauce bag was opened from staple bag was way too small to accomadate all three containers and everything collapsed on to one another and sauces were left floating around on top.

They've been redeemed. Delicious Quesabirrias! Tina Tostadas are delicious & reasonably spicy
