I just want to say I am alwys please with this locat I alwys get great food and great service. But this time itwas the worse Ihave ever had. Burger tasted burnt bacon was burnt and fries were soggy and stale

The burger was great as usual but the fries were way oversalted and I was unable to eat more than 4 or 5.
I don't know why the options to customize orders has been removed from most places. It makes asking for simple things like no salt or well done impossible.

Food was cold due to packaging issue. For the cost of this product it should have been handled with care and closed completely.
