• 4 days agoThey shorted me on meat pizza on a door dash. The dasher was respectful and said they gave him everything that was sent, The guy at Mr. Jim's got very defensive saying he did all the door dash orders and that they were right. Then said next time it would be better to just come get it and that I should ask DoorDash for a refund (already did that) I work in customer service and this was not handled well in my opinion.

Ordered Ham, Jslapenos, Tomatoes, and pineapple. All I could find or taste in pizza was Tomato, jalapeno
