The menudo meat was good and tender , lacked flavor , but I was able to add my own . Tamales were large but again no flavor

they were out of the chicharrones and they replaced it with two carnita out of the chicharrones and they replaced it with two carnita tacos which were amazing that's an up the salsa was delicious that's an up thumb but the tamales were just a bit dry they're good just dry.

It was good and had a lot of meat. However, there was a lot of fat on the meat. I generally like a little fat but it was a lot. I wish it had more hominy as well.

Cheese tamales were not great, half were warm and half were cold. Beef wasn't great either. Seems like perhaps they weren't freshly made and were in a fridge? Half of the cheese were warm and the others were fridge cold
