• 25-06-10Such great flavors and textures. I had the pumpkin dumplings appetizer and it was excellent: dumplings filled with butternut squash and topped with beef, lentils, yogurt and seasoning. Then I had the saffron chicken: pulled chicken in a yogurt based stew and flavored with saffron and dill. It's served over basmati rice. The whole meal was excellent. I can also recommend the mantu and the sambosa.

• 24-11-09Bistro Aracosia NEVER disappoints ..It's always spectacular.. The grilled lamb chops were incredible and the saffron chicken melts in your mouth.. It is our go to when we have people over for dinner and want to share a special gem. The Pumpkin Dumpling Appetizer is sweet and savory and so soft and pillowy in texture .. youll think you went to heaven. If you havent eaten here you need to .. if you have, you knowwhat Im talking about .. the quality is still every bit what it always has been .. enjoy!!!

• 24-02-20DC has become of culinary finery, and we have been to several Michelin star and also my old school haunts on this extended visit. I can say with complete honesty, delight and a full stomach that tonight's dinner was the absolute best meal we have ever had delivered, and one of the top meals anywhere. From the Risotto & Lamb (Sholah) to the Veal & Nakhoud and even the perfect Bistro Salad everything was a delight of the senses and impeccably prepared. I can not express what it means to have such a lovely dining experience brought to our hotel on a night I just needed to stay in and have a comforting and delicious meal. Congrats!

• 25-04-29The pumpkin dumpling appetizer was fabulous. Like the sambosa, it was an interesting combination of savory with a bit of sweetness. We loved both appetizers. The bistro signature kabob was excellent as well. The lamb and beef were exceptionally tender and the rice had been prepared in the juices of the meats (I think ). Anyway, we really enjoyed it.

• 25-02-25The Bistro Burger was very good. It has a traditional spice seed in there that afghans use in kabobs that really rounds out the flavor. It's a burger with a twist and tastes amazing. I wish they had fries to serve with it.
