The Big Bite Cookies were hard. And I thought the cookies would be bigger but they were small. I would order the Cookie Cake by the Slice again because it was good and soft

I ordered the Birthday BBall Cookie cake, it looks nothing like the picture. Basketball is very very tiny compared to picture.

Love their cookies, but have either gotten an entirely wrong order, or been missing items over half the times I've ordered from here on door dash

Very mediocre. Wouldn't buy again. Pre-packaged, refrigerated cookie dough is much better.
