Flavor was GREAT in Ceviche Mixto / Mixed Ceviche. For the price the size is a little small, mostly would like to see a little more sweet potatoes (personally just how I'm amused to eating Peruvian ceviche) but wow. Really tasty.

The aguadado was AMAZING (a littly oily but so flavorful).
I only took a taste of the tamale (I ate lots of soup) but the masa was tender & the pork was seasoned well.

I love the Arroz con Pollo / Rice with Chicken. Sometimes they allow me to substitute the potatoes for fried sweet plantains and sometimes they don't.
