My poached eggs were over cooked for The SOUTHERN BENEDICT. The loaded grits were not loaded. This meal was a complete disappointment.

Food was fresh but lacked any seasoning.
Vegetables were bare. Mashed potatoes were tasteless mush. Salmon was over cooked. Willing to try again because food was fresh, just lacked flavor.
