I hate to complain but after multiple orders there's always something wrong with my subs.. Last time half of the large sandwich I ordered had no meat. This time my meatball sub had no pepperoni added to it. Not to mention all my other visits having issues too, I love firehouse subs but it gets to a point.

I don't know what it is about this place, but I feel like I got both Turkey AND ham on my sub when I ordered just Turkey (the other meat was pink and the Turkey is normally white). I'd complain if I had a problem with it, but it only really added more flavor to the sub. Only complaint was that the bottom bread was soggy on one side of the sandwich which I did not like at all. The meat was also piled on in the center of the sandwich which left an inch and a half or more on the ends with just lettuce and pickles and condiments.

ordered chili with cheese . Had no cheese .
Had 11 inch hook and lader when u picked it up everything fell out and had very few contents compared to bread. it was always my favorite from there never had it tast or look like this

Usually Firehouse is great, but this time the Premium Roast Beef was dry and tasted old. Soups was good.
