I got the Bloom Haus™ Euro Bouquet - A and Bloo Haus™Crackle Vasem for my mom while she was at the hospital. What a gorgeous and full bouquet! It was packaged so carefully and the driver was so kind. I had limited resources to arrange them in the vase, but you can make this florist-level so easily! Definitely recommend!

I know it was very hot outside but the flowers seemed very dull. Like the bouquet was a few days old. They did not look good for the graduation pictures. I truly appreciate the delivery person Jacob. He came on time and was very cooperative.

Not at all what I ordered and then when I called the store the "manger" destiny said just because it's  advertised that way online doesn't mean I'm going to get that. Then I asked her if she would buy the flowers I got for 35 and she said "no" she was absolutely rude. I will NOT be ordering from here again. Poor customer service and quality I advice yall not to order from here. She acted like she was inconvenienced and threw stuff around.
