Flowers were kinda wilted so took off some of the petals and they looked ok

The flower's didn't look fresh and it was not much of them the presentation wasn't great, I don't believe they were worth what I payed.

From time to time, I order pretty often here for my relative who is states away and usually its wonderfully layered but im not really sure how to feel about this one.. from the photo most of the flowers are wilted and withered. If there are no flowers to choose from. why bother fulfilling the order?
