Do not bother with the salmon sampler. The fish was not sliced properly and tastes like fish from a river. And the fish was frozen on delivery. See my photo - I removed the gari and fake wasabi due to the presence of xanthan gum and I have my own. I'll feed the fish to my cat if she'll eat it. This is not the same salmon served in Freddie's sushi case.

1/3 of filling was rice. California Roll smelled so much like fresh that even in closed containers it stunk up my refrigerator. The Wasabi is disgusting. Crab weird. Avocado brown.
