Sopaipillas, yummy doughy, fried discs -- smeared with avocado (Chilean: palta) and/or salsa (Chilean: pebre). Wow. My abuela and my mom made these at home and these come very close to the best. (And no labor by me!) I toast or air-fry for next day! I now order extra to have for a snack or breakfast because .Hehehe even my Middle Eastern husband has been asking for more.

Food here is delicious - however, the tallarin saltado was OFF point. Big chunks of beef is not the way to serve tallarin saltado - tomato was cut too thick too. More onion than meat on the plate. BUT, everything I have ever ordered from Chilenazo has been delish.

Ordered the tallarin saltado and it failed. their regular lomo saltado is delicious, should have stuck with that. Empanadas were AMAZING.
