I always order the Caramel Milk Tea (Cold) with double boba. It's amazing! And they really do add the extra when you order it. I love this place!

I requested 100% sweetness and this isn't sweet at all, it's actually more bitter. I do however like the packaging for the lids. The portion is also good, I asked for no ice and was given a full drink with no ice. I wouldn't order again due to this not being sweet.

I've ordered a few times from here but each order has gradually gotten worse. Drinks have been getting continually messier. I also ordered a very common item: milk tea with black pearls, ergo, a boba milk tea. How did this store send me a drink that was just pure milk tea? There was also a time we called and asked if they were still open. They said yes, and we got there within 5 minutes, but the store closed the doors right after we got off the phone with them.

The bubble waffle tasted like soap. The waffle iron must not have been fully rinsed after it's last wash.

yum! Loving that earl grey and the brown sugar ginger. Had a friend who never tried bubble tea before. He enjoyed the strawberry green tea.
