Althought the flowers themselves were in good quality and nicely packed, the assortment of flowers I picked (especially the colors) were entirely different from what was received. This was a mother's gift, so I wanted to tailor the flowers to her taste (pink). The flowers came out almost entirely yellow, which is not what I paid for. There needs to be clear customization of the flowers.

I ordered the Bloom Haus™ Lush Bouquet - C. It doesn't look much like the picture. Uses a few of the same flowers, but not nearly as full or beautiful. Will use local florist instead in future.

The bouquet doesnt really quite look like whats online. The stems aren't cut into position- it's kind- flat and 2D but the flowers in themselves look good.
