Mexology is at the top of my favorites list! So far, I have had the Spicy Tofu with Market Vegetables Tacos; Feliz Bowl (added tofu); and Spicy Tofu with Market Vegetables Bowl. All were delicious! The spicy tofu is seasoned perfectly, but not spicy hot. In fact I have been pleased that I can get my food with no heat. I can't eat dishes with jalapeno and other hot seasonings, but since I have been eating with no heat, I think hot spices would overwhelm the flavors of the delicious vegetables and tofu. The Mexology selections I have had have an abundance of crispy vegetables, full of flavor. I especially love having vegetables I have never had in Mexican fare combined with the more often used vegetables, all fresh and crispy. The dressing on the side is tasty, but instead of that, I put a bit of balsamic glaze on it, for perfection. Generous portions and delicious fresh and well prepared food ensure that I will be a frequent customer. Delicious!

Delicious quesadillas!!!! Lots of meat, skirt steak and chicken were amazing! Plantains are on point! Excellent meal.

Delicious salad! Very fresh ingredients, with plantains and other tasty ingredients. I ordered the side order of tofu, which came perfectly prepared, with fresh, slightly sautéed, but crispy vegetables. A winner all the way around, which I will definitely order again.
