Doughnuts were hard and clearly not freshly made. Cookies taste like overly processed baked goods. Very disappointing.

They had a $4 option to write a birthday note on the cake. i assumed that meant in frosting. but it was just a sticky note taped to the box. for $4! i got ripped off!!! very angry.
