I love their subs but the people at this location obviously don't pay attention to what is on the order this is the second time I don't get the hot sauce I ordered. wth ... it's a hot sauce packet but it definitely makes a difference in the flavor

Sandwich fell apart when trying to eat. Used to be really neatly made but last few orders had soggy bread and several toppings like tomato and lettuce getting everywhere. Sandwich sometimes isnt cut all the way through either on a footlong. Soup bowl was filled less than halfway too

Sweet & Spicy Meatball was awesome just not spicy . I ask for a hot sauce packet every time and never get it . I'm starting to think it's an inside joke , do they even have this hot sauce or is it a myth ?
