Island Fin Poké Bowl delivers one of the most polished fast-casual poké experiences in the U.S., striking a smart balance between authenticity, customization, and approachability. The concept is Hawaiian-inspired rather than strictly traditional, and it succeeds by focusing on quality ingredients, clean flavors, and consistency. The fish—particularly the ahi tuna and salmon—is reliably fresh, well-cut, and properly chilled, which is the non-negotiable foundation of any credible poké spot. Marinades are restrained rather than overpowering, allowing the natural flavor of the seafood to lead.
What sets Island Fin apart is its breadth of options without sacrificing execution. Bases range from classic white rice to mixed greens and sushi rice, while toppings extend beyond the usual suspects to include tropical and crunchy elements that add real textural contrast. Sauces are thoughtfully designed—savory, creamy, or heat-forward—and layered in a way that enhances rather than masks the bowl. Portioning is generous but controlled, giving the bowls a satisfying heft without tipping into excess.

Fish wasn't really that fresh at all, quality is subpar. Toppings are good, but the wasabi peas are incredibly hard and they barely give you any surimi or masago considering it costs an extra $4. Wouldn't order again as there are much better poke places in Orlando.

I got the Build Your Own Bowl (6 Scoops of Protein) and it was very good! Fresh ingredients and not too much sauce. my only concern is the packaging. The lid easily pops off, making it difficult for travel.

Ordering a 6 scoop of protein nets you about the same as the 3 scoop, so dont be duped into paying more for the same portion. Also asked for wasabi finishing sauce and instead they gave me wasabi peas.
