Catering trays are à la carte and do not include rice, macaroni salad, green salad, drinks, utensils, or serving supplies unless specifically stated. Tray serving counts are buffet-style catering estimates, not complete-meal estimates. A single protein tray serves the suggested quantity when paired with other trays, sides, or a larger meal spread. If ordered by itself as the only main dish, it will serve fewer people. Ordering catering quantities can be nuanced, and we’re happy to help. Please call the restaurant if you need assistance choosing tray sizes or building a complete order. For the easiest complete meal option, please order one of our Party Packages, which includes proteins, rice, macaroni salad, green salad, and other items for the suggested number of people. Please provide at least 48 hours notice. For urgent orders with less than 48 hours notice, please call the restaurant directly to confirm we can fulfill your order completely and on time.

We sell drinks in single cans or bottles. We also sell them with a volume discount in 6 packs and 12 packs. The more you buy, the more you save.
