The Flautas Ahogadas are honestly the best ones in El Paso. The District, Cincinnati Bar, Chicos and anyone else who sells these need to step their game up. These are the best ones I've had. The spices in the soup and the green salsa are perfect. I had to order 2 because each ones comes with 4. I figured I would only eat 6 but they were so good I ate all 8.

The food was ok at best. I ordered Tortilla Soup (Add Chicken for $1.45) and Flautas Ahogadas. The flautas were "mini" in size, it looked as if they made full size flautas then cut them in half before frying them. As for the "soup", I was sent what appeared to be an 8oz cup of broth that wasn't even full,to pour in a 20 oz cup full of tortilla chips, chicken, and avocado w/cheese and crema. I don't know about anyone else but soup to me means broth with ingredients swimming in the broth. The amount of "soup" sent wasn't even enough to cover the Flautas Ahogadas let alone be considered a "cup of soup" let alone a bowl. I had to improvise and make my own broth using chicken broth I had in the fridge leftover from Thanksgiving along with some salsa de arbol I made fresh. I shouldn't have had to do this because I paid for soup. Beware when ordering.

The Empanadas de Calabacita / Zucchini Empanaditas are amazing! Delicious buttery crisp crust and the stuffing is so flavorful. Delicious with the green salsa. The Flautas Ahogadas are like an elevated version of Chico's tacos -- we are switching to these from now on! We are very happy to have discovered Mano Santa, thank you!

These used to be amazing! You used to get 4 whole flautas, and it was worth the price. now you get 3 flautas cut in half, and it's definitely not the same filling it used to be. This place was my go-to, but I've been disappointed the last 2 times I've ordered.

Food was not as good as advertised, for the price you're paying and the wait time as well not really worth it. My poor driver was waiting for an hour, on top of that the food tasted old and like it was microwaved. Tacos ahogados again just tasted liek they were microwaved. same goes with the carne, it was very rubbery and tasted like it was 5 days old. Again for paying almost $60 i dont feel it was worth it.
