Usually the breakfast burrito is really good but today the tortilla was dry and it was so small. It was half the normal size.

It didn't taste like Chick Fil-A. The biscuit fell apart as soon as I picked it up, the hash browns were overcooked. I could tell that Mrs. Sarah was not there.

Did not receive any sauces that were requested. Both drinks were supposed to be a Dr Pepper, one is a Diet Coke...how do you mix that up? Careless workers. Chick-fil-A use to be TOP NOTCH service. Now it reminds me of McDonalds service.

Skimpy Cobb salad with no utensils and a few strings of cheese. Extremely disappointed!!! Feels like I got the bottom of the barrel, or the lazy employee. 🤔😫
