Chicken was more chewy than crispy, chicken had no flavor and the only sent one sauce for a 5 pc. Fry's were good.

I like this place but everytime I order they do not get it right. I ordered 4 pcs of chicken this time and received just 3. last time I ordered the 16 piece and it was overcooked meaning the skin was turning dark. Recipe good. Delivery service bad. I hope they do better because I really like their chicken but have been disappointed

My order was shorted 1 wing. I ordered the Krispi jumbo wings 5pcs and received only 4pcs. Requested the house dipping sauce and was given Ranch instead.
