This is my first time having The Human Bean and I'm highly impressed with the packaging. I love that they put it in a sealed bag for delivery. The little sprinkle treats were a nice addition as well. I got my first Pumpkin Latte of the year (not even season yet) :) and it is delicious and strong!! I will definitely be ordering from them again.

The Caramel Hazelnut Mocha was good. The Spicy Sausage, Egg & Pepper Jack Cheese Jalapeno Cheddar Biscuit was good but very small for the cost. The Blueberry Scone was not good- damp on the outside, probably due to packaging, and the scone itself was very dry.

I was happy with this place until today. The problem is the packaging, Why put coffee in a bag to tip over and spill? Why put cream cheese, and chocolate covered coffee beans on top of said hot coffee to melt and spoil?
