Often waiting upwards of 1hr to have a sandwich delivered, even outside of peak lunch hours. It is weird and irritating, given that you tip in advance. I have ordered numerous times as there are always off days, but this place is consistently slow and often doesn't properly execute the sandwich customizations.

Got the turkey tom, and I almost needed a magnifying glass to find the turkey! LOL flavor is good but has the amount of turkey that you would put on a sandwich for a toddler.
