Food was so good, omg the biscuit, shrimp, and grits was well seasoned not overly salty. The peach cobbler was great and very tasty. The only thing I didn't like my grits went all over the place in the plate and made my biscuit and toast soggy but it could have been the dasher the way they were carrying it. But food was great.

People talk about southern hospitality, now I will too! Great food, more than enough to fill me up, home cooked same day! The taste was amazing! The proprietor was an older gentleman, and from the taste he's been at it a long time. If you're in the Atlanta area, bypass the bigger names. Save some money and get arguably better flavor. Definitely better portions. I'll stop here everytime I'm in Atlanta!

I ordered the 3 large chicken wings, mac and cheese, yams, and cornbread.
The chicken wings tasted like they were cooked in old grease.
They were extremely soggy and oily, which made them hard to enjoy.
The mac and cheese was honestly the biggest disappointment.
There was practically no cheese at all.
It was mostly plain noodles with a few crumbs of cheese and a lot of black pepper.
On top of that, it had hard, burnt pieces on top that completely ruined the texture.
The yams were okay. Nothing special, but they were edible.
The cornbread was the star of the meal.
It was absolutely delicious and easily the best thing on the plate.
There was also some rice and gravy hidden underneath everything, and that was actually pretty good too.
Maybe I just caught them on an off day because all the reviews made it sound like this place was a 10/10.
Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. I don't think I'll be ordering from here again.
For now, I'll stick to Busy Bee.

TheFried or Smothered Pork Chops we're very good the greens are excellent the green beans were very good the pork chops you could taste the garlic and seasoning which was awesome and I just can't forget the rice and gravy only problem with that I want it more gravy it was really good last but not least my only problem is the Mac & Cheese taste it as if they put some type of citrus in it maybe lime or lemon and I just didn't like the taste of that particular flavor other than that it was very cheesy and the other seasonings were on point would definitely order the fried pork chops again

I ordered the three wings they gave me to wings and a leg and the wings were not krispie enough they were soft and they put them in the gravy on the rice.ham and cheese not good.fries to grease.
