I just relocated hear to Seattle and I have been looking for a great place like this. I have a favorite spot back at home and this place tops it. This is now my all time favorite spot. I already have a favo dish great food, thank you.

The Shrimp Chives Pork Dumplings (10) / 三鲜水饺 (10).tasted bad/expired and i spit it out and tossed the rest. The Stewed Pork Burger (1) / 腊汁猪肉夹馍 (1) has barely any meat in it. It's safe to say I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was good but the portion of the beef shank was extremely sad. $17.25 for 4 bites. I would skip on this and just stick with the hand pulled noodles.

Good chew and quality of ingredients but did hav any spice at all-in my Spicy Cumin Lamb Biang Noodles / 孜然羊肉拌面. Very sad because that is the one of the trademarks of the dish done right. I also asked for extra hot sauce but this request was ignored.

Not really close to Biang Biang noodles we had in China on a recent trip. It does not have the bouncy and chewy texture we expected. The dish was also lacking in flavor. Even the dumplings didnt taste good.
