I love Uncle, all of their dishes are amazing. I prefer to eat ramen in person, so I order that less but it still travels well. the Sweet and Spicy Pork Rice Bowl is my go to for sure!

I order from Uncle often, and while the quality is usually really good, the Side Ramen Broth only comes half full - and for $10 - it's not worth it. I understand not wanting to fill it to the tip top, but at least 3/4 full would feel more fair at that price.

Honestly, the experience is likely better eating in-shop, but if you want to order you're probably better off buying store bought ramen at this price. The Spicy Chicken Ramen was unflavorful and frankly bland; it had a great spice level, but flavor just seemed watered and unremarkable. The chicken also had a strong poultry flavor, which I believe could be improved with a more flavorful broth and shredding chicken.

One of my top five dishes from any restaurant in any state or country across the globe. Cold and spicy and noddles - yes. You want this. Trust. The sauce, the cashews, the apples, the perfectly cooked noodles; make this dish as simple as it sounds but also as perfect.

Love this restaurant but wish they would fill up the broth for ramen more! Usually only half full. Otherwise - delicious!
