Saltbox sandwiches have SO much flavor omg. I love the Charred Beef but also I've had the eggplant sandwich a few times and it is to die for too. The bread is amazing. Seriously love their sandwiches sooooo much

Saltbox used to be great. We always loved the porchetta. However, what I received today did not taste or look like pork loin, it was thinner, pinker, and more like mortadella. I wonder if they were out and subbed in another pork option. The bread is tasty and other ingredients as expected, but the pork was not porchetta. At over $18 for this sandwich, I was a bit disappointed.

Excellent sandwiches overall. Have not been disappointed. Dare I say best gourmet sandwiches in Spokane right now. Salads are solid as well. Tasted like garden arugula and a bit milder variety. Ill be back....
