This food is the real deal. The patrons are always from India, and the employees don't always speak english - it's fantastic. No, they won't adjust the spice level for you. This is street or fast food, of sorts, so it's not really customizable in that way. I never found anything to be especially spicy but if you're really sensitive to heat, some dishes may be uncomfortable. The panipuri is so good! Not a fancy place, but so delicious.
