This was our first time trying Pardon My Cheesesteak. We were not disappointed. Food arrived piping hot and the cheese was all melty and stretchy. We thought we were getting a bigger sandwich. You should offer both options. It was loaded with steak and was tasty. Great job, we will order again.

I won't order again. Chicken was in chunks, not sliced. Bland. Onions were plopped on top, not blended with chicken. Hoagie rolls were very small. I'm from Philly, and this was nothing like what it should have been.
The fries were soggy as well.

I just received my order which was nice and quick and I appreciate that. I opened up the fries and tried to split them up enough to a couple different bowls and all the steak was not chopped up at all so that was a bummer.
My sandwich I took four or five bites out of before he even tasted cheese, and it was all smashed I don't know if it was me. I would put the sandwich on top of the fries, so it didn't get all smashed because the fries were in a container, and the sandwich was just wrapped in a sandwich wrapping which got completely smashed and the presentation was terrible. The flavors were pretty good. I just wish the steak was chopped up more thoroughly similar to a real Philly cheesesteak. I'm not sure if I will be ordering again.

The cheese steak was ok, not all that. Its kinda bland and small, very messy and cheesy. The fries were good and everything arrived hot.
