Meat seemed cheap, mostly fat and had crock pot consistency texture- all tacos were barbacoa- never had this texture/fat content with other barbacoa tacos.

Gave me the chicken instead of beef. Chicken not shredded or seasoned well but sauce so good it makes up. Beans and rice perfectly seasoned!

Everything always tastes good, it's always hot, and the trompo is fantastic (tripa is perfect every time, too, but I get that not everyone can get down with that).
