I’m very disappointed with this order. I ordered breakfast specifically for my children before we had to leave for a scheduled activity, and most of what I ordered did not arrive.
Both drinks were missing, as well as the chocolate chip muffin and Boston cream bombolone. The sausage, egg & cheese was also replaced with something completely different without my approval, and the pizza was unavailable.
I understand that the bakery may have been short-staffed, but the substitutions were not items my children would eat, so unfortunately they were left without the breakfast I ordered for them. We also did not have time to place another order because we had to leave at a specific time.
