Ordered a five cheese bagel sandwich and the bagel was just a plain bagel with a slice of American cheese melted on top. I've ordered it before and it was an actual five cheese bagel. Usually amazing in quality and service. Today just wasn't that great. My drink was so good though!

Latte has little to no flavor whatsoever taste like just milk and hot coffee and the blended drink has four shots, but doesn't seem blended
