• 23-12-12Must-try vegan food in Montreal! my favorite is the African plate and the Shish-taouk. You can't go wrong with any of their mushroom based "meat" plates either. Fast, delicious, incredibly innovative in their recipes and ingredients! I've had vegan food in Philly, NYC, Portugal, and Toronto and haven't come across any store that matches Sham's quality, selection, and value. Their in store snacks and grocery selection is worth checking out too! Get a patio spot in their Jean Talon location in the summer and you'll get a view of the sunset down the street as you eat 🫶🏻

• 24-09-01The cooked food we received was tasty for the most part, but we didn't receive one 15 CAD item (Moutabel d'aubergine grillées au charbon, oix de pin , cajou / Charcoal Grilled Aubergine Moutabel, pine nuts, cashews), and the Pain de Pita /Pita Bread we received was stale pita expiring today that we could have gotten on discount from the supermarket. Some of the veggies in our fattoush salad were also on the verge of expiring (green peppers with a few black spots).

• 25-10-28the hummus and the other dip were both stale. I get the feeling that I've been given left over food. even the Shami kebab was burnt.
