Santa Michoacana didn’t send dinner—they orchestrated a full-scale tropical dessert invasion. First, the Coconut Horchata lands like a coconut-flavored ICBM. This isn’t agua fresca; this is rice-milk black magic laced with coconut that kicked in my door, stole my childhood blanket fort memories, and replaced them with frothy cinnamon propaganda. First sip: my soul did a backflip and landed in a piña colada. Second sip: I grew flippers and started speaking whale. Third sip: blackout.
