Best Vietnamese salad ive ever eaten! I wont go anywhere else for tradition Viet. Food! My grandmother always asks me to pick this food up, bc it's the best! She made Char-grilled Beef Vermicelli Noodle / Bun Thit Bo Char-grilled Beef Vermicelli Noodle / Bun Thit Bo Nuong for me my entire life & this tastes exactly like it! ORDER IT x2
And Omg that Vietnamese Condensed Black Ice Coffee with Milk was DELISH! Everything was above my expectation!

This isthe Veggie Pho with beef broth. Itcomes with Tofu but I remloved it. The pho was fantastic. the veggies were seasoned well and crisp. I like some spice so I added 2 packs of Sriracha sauce and the Hoisin also. I only put in half the toppings to start and the added the rest after. I still have a bunch left. Will definitely oorder again.

This place is amazing! They serve some amazing pho, especially the GC Pho Special / Phở Đặc Biệt. The Vietnamese Spring Rolls (2 Pieces) / Gỏi Cuốn were also my favorite as well. The owner is super nice and passionate about serving some really great Vietnamese food!

Very poor value. One of the most expensive phos in the area, but only 8 pieces of meat, a pile of mushy brown cilantro, and a cup of mediocre broth that was only 2/3 of the way full. Seriously, chose another place, there are plenty!

My students in Memphis used to bring me Vietnamese food, and this tastes just as good as what their mothers would make! The Char-Grilled Pork Sandwich / Bánh Mì Thịt Nướng and Char-Grilled Pork Vermicelli Noodle / Bún Thịt Heo Nướng are to die for. (Egg Crispy Egg Rolls (2 Pieces) / Chả Giò are good, but nothing special.) I can't wait to try the pho!
