Whoever helped me today at the Syracuse location, was so great! I called the store before placing my order. She was friendly and helpful. And did not act like my request (I have to be specific bc I have allergies and can't have the custard and the specialty flavor I wanted was not listed on the app) was annoying or putting her out. So nice after having such a rude and disrespectful experience at the Layton location. We will only go to this location now:)

The pretzel was awful barley any cinnamon and sugar on it and hard as a rock do not recommend
The chocolate swirl dole whip was fine nothing special I enjoyed it
The pineapple swirl Custard/Dole Whip doesnt have much flavor but it's fine but seriously that Pretzels was god awful and no one should waste their money on it
