The COUP is a modern vegetarian restaurant with an intimate atmosphere, serving fresh, whole, organic, local foods and beverages.
The Coup is one of Calgary's best local restaurants; the Rosemary Yam Fries are a menu staple that I crave regularly and just can't get enough of. The Caesar Kale Salad is also top tier.

Coup Green was fresh and Rosemary yam Fries were so comforting and perfectly soft. The Daily Soup with chickpeas was so flavourful with a nice thick texture... one of my favourite soups that I hope will be on the menu again. Very happy with everything in my order.

The Coup has gone way down hill. They hardly have any vegetables in the Hot Pot anymore... It's pretty much all noodles and with a few onions and like 1 carrot and 1 broccoli. And the lotus roots are no longer in the dish. Too bad.

5 stars for quality and flavour of what I ordered. I think for the price of the Yam Fries both in the separate order and the Add-On... there should be more yam fries.

So delicious and filling! The Drunken Noodles was a great portion size and for the quality of the ingredients and food felt totally worth it :)
