Absolutely delicious!! The Stir-Fried Tofu in Brown Sauce红烧豆腐 is the best we've found in the valley. We also love the Scallion Pancake葱油饼. So crispy and delicate!

The potstickers are only cooked on one side. They are very doughy and they don’t taste right they’re also very very greasy in the container, but I don’t like eating raw dough. You only get a very tiny bit of the sauce so there’s not even enough sauce for all of the potstickers that you get the noodles are bland, but they’ll be fine if I cake them in soy sauce.

This was my first time ordering from China Mama. I had heard great things about the restaurant. The orange chicken was excellent as it had big pieces of white meat chicken. The sauce was flavorful. Unfortunately, the Mongolian Beef was a disappointment as there was hardly any beef in the dish. Instead, it contained mostly onions. The scallion pancakes could have been more flavorful.

The Stir-Fried Beef Rice Noodle干炒牛河 was amazing! Good portions, meat was tender, and the flavors definitely hit! Tried a few places around vegas already and this spot has my favorite rice noodle so far!
