Usually Ilove Carmella's. The Shrimp and Grits today was really lumpy, to the point of unpleasant dry lumps. Also, it only has 5 med shrimp, which is not much when looking at the price difference from regular grits or cheesy grits. I rec the rest but notthis dish!

Every weekend I order their steak (2 steaks) & EVERY weekend they're getting worse.... One will be PINK the way I ordered it while the other will be OVERCOOKED (like rubber) They're stingy with their steak sauce/forget to add utilsels & their STEAKS KEEP GETTING SMALLER & SMALLER... This is definitely NOT a good look... !!

Our diner date had to be doordash. We still had a good time. Carmela's on the extension has the best coffee and bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on their signature bread!

Everything was 10/10. Scrambled eggs cooked perfectly, home fries very tasty, pancakes super fluffy. I highly recommend this platter!!
