The ceviche de pota was honestly delicious super fresh, well-marinated, and full of flavor. The texture of the pota was perfect—not chewy at all—and the limón and spices were balanced just right. You can tell it was made with care. I would 100% recommend it!

I ordered a lousy leche de tigre, it had no flavor and it didn't look like ceviche very bad, I'm Peruvian and I've never eaten a meal like this. Excuse me for being honest, but it's better that you get advice on how to make a real leche de tigre, thanks.
