Just finished the Luchadora Double. This was without doubt the best hamburger I've had in Bellingham. I must admit I am pretty picky when it comes to hamburgers. I want it to be a smash burger, crispy on the edges and not dry in the middle. I also want the whole package to taste great. This store got it right. Very, very good!

I'm upset at myself for not trying this place sooner. The AMERICANO is simple but so good!! Easily top 5 in town for burgers. THE FERNANDO 34 was also really good with the reddish garlic sauce (forgot what it's called) also very good portion, ended up splitting it. Will definitely order again soon !

I go here often for my lunch break since I work close by. I am addicted to the vato loco sauce, my partner and I like to order extra to have with other things. My go to is the El Cholo with carnitas. The carnitas has a nice smoky flavor that pairs really nicely with the pickled slaw. I'm willing to pay the price because I can get a pretty solid two meals out of the burrito. It's about the same size as a chipotle burrito. The flavor is unmatched and the lady is so nice, she's got good jokes for days.

More smash than burger. I really wanted to like it because it was visually appealing, but it was almost like the bottom half of the burger got stuck to the grill, leaving me with just the top half of what got scraped off.

Luchadora hit the spot again! The AMERICANO burger was delicious. The LARGE FRIES were so tasty dipped in the HOUSE SAUCE and CON SAFOS. We enjoyed every bite!!
