• 25-10-25Barely any custard in my sundae , hardly anything in the pup cup. Very disappointing AND DoorDash assigned this Rita's to me. I live in Pottstown

• 24-07-11We accidentally ordered from a Ritas that was 15 mins away instead of down the street, and everything actually arrived completely frozen and delicious, not like it took a long drive on a 90 degree day!

• 25-08-29They were out of one of the ice flavors I requested. One of the kids work called and was very apologetic and read through all of the other flavors for me. When I got my delivery, there was a little extra vanilla gelati. I thought that was such great customer service
