I love the Carne guisada, rice, beans, chicken soup and lemonade from here. Generous portion for the guisada makes me a happy, returning customer. Tortillas are on the thick side but always soft.

I ordered the Doña Maria's Sper :Mix Fajitas (For One). My first time ordering as I am not from San Antonio. Absolutely delicious. Tortillas were hot and fresh. Nice surprise to find a cheese stuffed bacon wrapped jalapeño. So good.

Overall food is good quality even though it's a little pricier than most spots. I would not order the Tortilla Soup Small again though. How is the chicken dry in a soup??? Broth lacked flavor. Special Dinner was good so was Chimichanga Dinner

Rarely order for pick up cause I like eating in the restaurant and now I remember why I don't order out from here. The potatoes were cold and bland, beans were hot but had no flavor and the chorizo was scarce and dry.

I order the fideo loco with carne guisada and Sopapillas. It didn't have enough meat and the ground beef one is way, way better. The sopapillas were very flavorless and were crispy and flaky opposed to ones I've had before at different places that are more dough like and super tasty.
