I have always love Arroz Con Pollo from Azteca. not today. the consistency of the meal was more like soup. way too much sauce and nowhere near the usual amount of mushrooms or rice. it was just very disappointing. and I asked for Extra Salsa,which has always been 1 serving free. this time it meant "only if you pay" it seems barbaric to me that you would expect people to eat Mexican food without salsa.  All around not their best.

The quality and quantity from this restaurant has gone down recently. New management and/or owners? Who knows. I ordered Azteca Queso Dip w/Chorizo and instead of getting Chorizo, it had very overly seasoned hamburger (which is not even an option). It was also in a container half the size of previous orders. Unfortunately, the price was the same as it's always been. I recently ordered pick up from Mukilteo Azteca and they reminded me what Azteca used to taste like. I'd rather wait longer and (potentially) get cold food from Mukilteo than order from MLT again.

The Borrego (1-Lamb Shank) had great flavor but it was over cooked unfortunately.the rice and beans portion were too small for the dish price.

Cheese was pretty bad and it was bland and soggy. The choice was between black beans and refried, and didn't get what I had requested. Portion is generous, but would not ever order again. Ground beef had no flavor either.
