I ordered 2 dozen doughnuts & 4 extra individual doughnuts this morning. I received the order with 3 doughnuts missing! One dozen box only included 11 AND only 2 of the individual doughnuts arrived -- - we're very disappointed in this service and do not recommend ordering from them -- that's about $14 of doughnuts missing! The dozen boxes were sealed upon arrival.
Good news is DoorDash made it easy to report missing items & request a refund.

The doughnuts were amazing. The delivery not so much. They should be packaged where they will not all be smashed into one corner of a box.

Was very excited to find a gluten free donut option. I ordered a Strawberry Carnival Vegan/Gluten Friendly with vanilla base, and received a random chocolate donut instead. I also ordered a Sandy Beach Vegan/Gluten Friendly with vanilla base, and received a second random chocolate donut. I understand if you're out of something for the day, but I wish the store had contacted me so I could have just cancelled the order. I'm not even sure if these are GF since they're the wrong item entirely, so I will have to throw them out. If you're offering allergy safe options, please make sure you can contact customers or keep your menu accurate.
